Dee Exx
This is a contribution from Dee Exx, and no, I don't have
a clue what is going on other than the obvious drinking.
I'm still wondering what this was... the placard on the back of door means this is a hotel room. The underwear is a kind worn in the 1940s and 1950s that looks like a cross between a jock and briefs. I'm thinking this was the US armed forces, since one of the guys is black, and the US forces were integrated starting in 1947. Finally, this picture at one time was curated in a professional collection, even if it was not taken by a pro. The white ink numbering at lower right is typical of pros of that era. My guess is that this is a room rented by servicemen on leave and the guy in civilian clothes was separating from the military and this is his send-off.-Dee Exx
This is a moment from the movie "What Do You Say to a Naked Lady" - a feature film (c. early 1970s) made by Alan Funt of "Candid Camera" fame. It featured all sorts of somewhat situations set up to observe the reactions of average unsuspecting individuals.
Initiation or strip poker game or both….:)
ReplyDeleteSomething like that.
