Ha! I bet y'all were expecting another pair of drawers with a Union Jack on them or a
British Beef logo. Well, today we head north of the border to my ancestral homeland and
favorite all time vacation spot, Scotland. The bovine on the undies above is an example of the
iconic Highland Cow. (That's Heilan coo in Scots, or Bò Ghàidhealach in Gaelic.) Our
photographer of the day went by the unlikely name of Hoffman, and I started out with a very
limited collection of his work. I had a computer crash while I was organizing these, so if you
provided one of today's photos and didn't get credited, please let me know, and I will do so here.
