A guy who looks a lot like Bob Hope seems to be having a problem with a 1930s
policeman in Atlantic City because he wasn't wearing a bathing top. That was
rapidly changing, as witnessed by the 1934 newspaper clipping below:
The ad above from a bit later in the decade still featured a suit with a
(probably detachable) top for the less adventurous male bather.
