This is the second of today's offerings which has a hairier than usual model for the "Boy Next Door" theme. He also has a slight Wally Cleaver look. Edited to add: Viewer jsstrand says in the comments that this is by Pat Milo.
I have this one in my Milo folder but no name - yes, he is indeed a Wally lookalike - I think it's the hair
