These two are George Sheffield and Billy Hill, photographer unknown.
I have a single color ektachrome of him wearing blue trunks with photographer credit as Tony Lance - looks like a cover photo for Strength and Health mag - the bulk of my collection are by Mark One of Canada including some boner pics in one series by a riveted metal device maybe an above ground sewer pipe - one pic has the Mars Magazine logo and says photo is by Billy Hall - an advertisement lists 8mm color or b and w or 16mm exercise films with either Billy or Ernie Anton from The Young Physique 801 Palisade Avenue, Union City, NJ (no zip code)
A google search reveals that he was born in Montreal in 1928 and died in 1978 and that he was a favorite of Montreal photographer Alan B. Stone - amazing what's out there on the web these days - google "Billy Hill Mr. Canada" for several different entries
