Swimmers, Part 2 - Men in Underwear

I'm reviving the old Undies Sundays theme for the second half of today's homage to cooling off 

in the old days.  We start with a photo of men by a sign saying "Bathing drawers must be worn."  

At least one of them seems to be in his actual drawers, but I'm sure nobody minded.
