Touchy Feely Duos, Part 2 - Art Work, Mostly Spanish

Part two of our duo double feature is art work, mostly Spanish.
Augustin Esteve y Marques of Madrid drew this pair in 1776.

  1. Okay, some things are just too obvious for any other explanation! Even for a drawing almost 250 years ago when things were very different, this looks like plain, good old fashioned sex to me! But what's that odd, "smudged" thing on one guys thigh? A slightly off center penis that was erased? Hmmm...

    1. Yes it looks like sex, and you have a good eye. That thing is probably a modesty pouch that sometimes was worn by the model and sometimes painted in by the artist. I've seen other images where they are more clearly identifiable as such. Some of them even look like they stuck a sock over it, lol! I recall a testicular cancer awareness campaign a decade ago in which men, some well known, posed with socks over their junk. It was cute and effective.

    2. I'm keen to try position No.25. I suppose it is a modesty pouch (also keen to try one of those) pushed to the model's right thigh by the left. But odd the way it "hovers" a bit forward of were you would think it would be. Certainly intriguing, the guy look to be enjoying whatever it is they are doing.

    3. Now you've got me wondering if the art teacher said, "OK boys, now let's do No. 25." (I think in Spanish that would be, "Bueno, muchachos. Hacemos ahoro numero veinte-cinco.")

  2. Agustin Esteve a-t-il voulu cacher le sexe du modèle de droite ou n'avait-il jamais vu la bite d'un homme? ;-)

Did Agustin Esteve want to hide the sex of the right model or had he never seen a man's cock? ;-)

    1. Well, if he painted a scene like this, he probably knew what one looked like.
