Fishy
Is this guy fishing? He has a stick in one hand and
a string seems to be faintly extending down from the other.
If you look carefully on the photo there is an almost vertical white line starting a the left hand index finger. the "roll" is probably a bikini brief rolled down to become a thong, I used to do this when I was (very) young
It is interesting to try figuring out what he's up to. I notice that the male in the right has someting around his waist.

I've seen a photo WWII sailors (of all people) making thongs that way.
