Beach balls
While we might wish for a clearer picture, I really like the concept of balls on the beach.
More likely soldiers than nudists. A group of nudists this big would have a large probability of having a woman in the shot, plus I think there's a military boot in the sand in the foreground.
S this from that German group of nudists? I can see where they'd throw their balls around on the beach. And this group looks pretty fit.
