70s?

This one looks like it came from some "classy"70s magazine like Playgirl or Playguy.

  1. The golden glow here is beautiful and warm. For an instant, I thought it was discoloured, but then I enlarged it. This male is magnificent...and,hey, Jerry, did you catch The Shadow on his left thigh? Thanks!

  2. Several sources say this is actor Sam Elliott. I'm not sure.
Whoever he is, he has a great body.

  3. I've seen this photo kicking about the internet a lot recently and initially thought that it might be COLT Studio's Bruce van Allen. Then I recently stumbled across some photos being sold of a FOX Studios model listed as Jack Desmond that I am positive is the guy in your pic. To date, I haven't had any luck finding out anything more about the mysterious Mr. Desmond...sadly.

    1. Interesting. Thanks for sharing what you were able to find. I did some searches and found nothing.

    2. The listings themselves are still up at adultstuffonly (dot) com - 9 photos under Jack Desmond. As far as anything else is concerned, it sounds like your search was as fruitful as my own. If you look at the pics though, I think you will agree it is the same guy.

  4. Hey, I've also found our Mr. Desmond appeared in the 1988 FOX Studio Calendar.
It's quite a nice shot as well. If you can't find it, let me know & I can send it to you if you like. 😊

    1. He would do it for most guys I know just about anytime.

  6. Playgirl was definitely the "classiest" nude male magazine, but I would not say the same about "Playguy", which always had kind of cheap-looking guys posed in boring studio poses. I would cite Mandate & Blueboy as the other "classy" magazines of that era (as one who has large collections of several such mags, but chose not to collect Playguy for that reason).
