Boris

This is Boris Malenko (real name Lawrence J. Simon, 1933-1994) a pro wrestler who used the "Russian heel" schtick.  Born and raised in New Jersey, his theatrics were notable.  Below is another picture of Boris that I digitally enhanced from a badly yellowed newspaper clipping:
