The color is different in this shot of Bill Davidson on a rock,
and I just realized that it's probably a slide.

Yes, this does look like a slide. I'm wondering if these photos were taken at Black's Beach. It seems familiar terrain. It was - remains? - privately owned which possibly explains why it was popular with physique photographers. Everyone was less likely to be nabbed.

The location does look similar to Black's Beach, but it's been so long since I've been there that I can't be sure.
Definitely a slide. The curved corner is a giveaway; slides had them; prints never did.
Ha. I just asked if the photo previous to this was a slide.
