Misplaced

When I first saw this, I thought it was a 1930s WPA mural from a post office
or government building, perhaps even by Allyn Cox.  But no, it is actually
a 1990s work by American artist Steve Huston for which I don't have a title.
It doesn't belong on a vintage blog, but I really like it.  A lot.

    1. And the men on the upper level seem to be standing on a steel beam.
