I don't know what's obscuring the face of the guy at left,
It's been photoshopped - the guy on the left is holding something that goes all the way up his chest. The object he is holding has been blurred out. You can see the overlay circles. Could it be flippers?
I must admit, their faces were not I t what caught my attention. BigDude
