Football star Jim Brown got a Playgirl centerfold in 1974.
Handsome man. Wasn't he one of the first if not the first "celebrity" to pose for PG? Seems it gave permission for others but I may be mistaken. Like you I've made them before.
Peter Lupus of Mission Impossible and Christopher George appeared ealier in 1974. Lyle Waggoner and Fabian appeared the year before, but neither really went full frontal, although Fabian gave us an oblique hint of a look at his package.
