Ernie Lopez
This turned out to be Ernie Lopez in a photo by the somewhat
obscure Caruso which appeared in Your Physique magazine.
Ernie Lopez was a bodybuilder who competed in Canada and the USA. Jimmy Caruso of Montréal was a respected physique photographer and gym owner. Worked for the Weider organization, passed away in 2021 at 95….:)
A slight correction to your caption, if I may... it was in 'The Young Physique' magazine p.38 (Issue # unknown).
