The Bath

The Bath from 1951 is part of the Whitney Museum's collection.
It was done with the egg tempura technique used by the PaJaMa artists.

  1. Note that the males do not seem to be checking each other out.

    1. They've probably done this so many times that it's quite ordinary.

  2. There was a full moon at 11.02am GMT today here in London - and then you present us with this. To call it "pert" would be an understatement.

    1. LOL! And we had a total lunar eclipse at midnight here in Hawaii. What could that signify?

    2. It was in fact a blood moon lunar eclipse of total alignment lasting 1 hour 25 minutes which won't happen again for 372 years. What it signifies I don't know, but apparently biblical Christian fundamentalists have said that it is a curse - but then they would, wouldn't they.

    3. That was badly expressed. A similar total alignment will not occur on the run up to an election day in America for 372 years.

    4. The fundamentalists think everything's a curse that doesn't promote their backward agenda. In this case, we can only hope that the curse comes true, only on them.
