VHS had more porn than Beta. That's a big part of why it won the format wars.

I remember how expensive the format was when it first came out.
They were ALL expensive early on.
At one time there was a video arcade in Seattle that had a booth with a platform that could hold four guys and showed bath house porn. You bought a special ticket for the booth and were expected to stop down to watch the video. The cops eventually shut it down because they hate anyone having a chance to have fun.
Ah yes, those peep booths.
