Geez, I just realized that the examiner is writing 'p-n-e-u' as in pneumonia on this guy' chest.
I hope they were just practicing, but the man next to him looks worried.
Maybe the examiner is a size queen. The label "p-n-e-u" could mean "penis not especially unique."
