Professor Iyer

Kolar Iyer blended physical culture with yoga and Hindu mysticism. He was THE proponent of bodybuilding and overall health in India and wrote a correspondence course. His image gracing the cover of the magazine Surya Namaskar 1937 is iconic. Iyer the best of India 🇮🇳 🇬🇧
