No clue
Not even a clue on this one, and Google Images was no help at all.
I tried a Google Image search, which found it on this page https://www.mutualart.com/Artwork/An-Academy-Study--Standing-Full-Length--/B9DA2236CEF4561A described as "An Academic Study, Standing Full-Length, Holding a Staff, Seen from Behind" by French School, 19th Century.
I like this pose, the "lighting," and the musculature.
