1812
Here's a second one for which a date was given, 1812. This might be a study
for a painting because it doesn't look like typical academic work.
Thor
Only the Teutons would have a primary god traveling around in a cart pulled by goats.
Thor's hammer and some lightning bolts are on display.
Brooding Germans
I can't believe something elaborate as this has no information. Brooding Germans and vultures just seem to go together, and the caption translates as "And No Bridge Leads from Person to Person."

Bill Coates
Bill Coates looks a bit startled in this Pat Milo photograph.
Maybe he saw a spider. The rest of us are seeing a snake.
Bill Melby
Don Whitman of Western Photography Guild used a twisted
fish net as a prop in this shot of Bill Melby.
Bill Brinkley
The grass floor mat and corrugated backdrop scream Bruce of Los Angeles.
The handsome model is Bill Brinkley.
Bill Grant
Bruce took this color slide of Bill Grant, and I don't know if the orange cast was original
or the effect of time. Below is a restored version with more realistic color.
Bill Wilson
It took some research, but I was able to find out that the "Master Photographer from California" mentioned in the caption was Bruce of Los Angeles. Bill Wilson, the model, was
an 18-year-old in the U.S. Navy in 1964 when this was taken.
