Mandate - September 1979
Today I'm presenting some highlights from the September 1979 edition of Mandate.
The cover is by Colt, and more of him appears shortly.
Mandate 1975-2009 was published by George Mavety, the first cover boy was Bill Cable aka Stoner. Other Mavety publications were Honcho, Inches, Playguy, Stallion and Torso. There’s a great story about Mavety and his life in Esquire on the internet as told by his staff….:)
