I think this is a typical Wyngate and Bevins page three layout.
6311 Yucca Street is the location of the Yucca Vine Tower formerly the Mountain States Insurance Building built in 1929, one of Hollywood’s art deco jewels. A postal annex was located there where you could write to the Partridge Family Fan Club, the Universal Church to become a minister to avoid the Viet Nam draft, complain to Seven Seventy Publications that their girlie magazines weren’t wild enough and enquire Wyngate and Bevins about their magazines….:)
