I have no info on this pic, but at 1st glance, I thought it might be a tug-of-war game at a nudist camp. Or perhaps a military practice drill. In either case, it looks like fun.
And let's not overlook the three-legged man pulling on him...

DeleteTug of war men usually lean the other way, so maybe they're military.
