I don't think that is a pool cue, but "strip pool" would be fun.
It's one of those things you use to hold the cue in place for a difficult shot. Probably has a name.
You're right. I didn't notice the thingamajig at the end of it. Then it could be a game of strip pool. I'm too old for that now. Lol.
