Fabian
I think one-time teenage sensation Fabian Forte tried to recharge his career by appearing semi-nude in Playgirl in 1973. Not sure it worked, but he did look pretty good, considering.
I think it brought him back to do those golden oldies nostalgia shows with Frankie Avalon and others of that period. Retired now at 83.
