Tan Lines

The 1930s were a transitional time for men's bathing suits.  The decade began with nearly all suits having tops that resembled tank tops.  Later, the tops were ditched for high waisted trunks only.  Our model here appears to have worn trunks only most of the time, but if you look, you'll see his upper body has faint tank top tan lines.  Fortunately for us, he isn't wearing anything here.
