1974 Campus Streaker
All I have on this one is that it was 1974 and on a college campus.
And it looks like it was a pretty cold day to go out naked.
Pretty sure EVERY college campus had streakers in 1974! That spring was when it was the rage. I was too young but fascinated. Lots of college yearbooks can be found online, and for almost any school, go to the 1974 book and almost certainly there will be a page about streakers
