Jim Park
I was tempted to tone down the glare in this shot of Jim Park, but I left it as I found it.
It is surprising that bodybuilders posed full nude like Park in the restrictive 40’s and 50’s. Not to mention the homophobia of the AAU that governed major bodybuilding contests and the Lavender Panic and the Red Scare. The 30’s of the Great Depression and the New Deal seemed more permissive with the full nude photos by Forbes, Horvath, Gebbé, Townsend and the Ritter brothers. Rex in DC
The glare makes the shot kind of unique. Good call, Jerry.
