Woodland Stream
I have several photos from this session with a woodland stream, and they are all good.
Mr. Bishop sold a line of men's bathing suits insprired by Dorothy Lamour's sarong, and he was the chief model. The tan lines were probably the result of that.
They were famous for a time, but they were a flash in the pan novelty. They were somewhat bulky and didn't have the clean lines that came into fashion.
That's a pretty stark tan line there. The pose is pretty nice, too, as is the setting.

DeleteOettinger must have inspired Danny Fitzgerald of Demi Dieux. Bishop and Richard Bennett look similar.
