Ralph Kelly is a physique photographer about whom I know very little, other than that he was most active from 1948 to 1958 and used some of the same models as Bruce of LA. Even dear Professor Google has been of little help in finding out more. This photo is Bob Cutlass, a model who is in 17 of my 55 Ralph Kelly pictures, but shows up in none of my other photographers' collections.
