Beau portrait du physique de Grimek. Classic Lon with the greco-roman column. In 1949 Grimek travelled to France and stopped by to visit with Edmond Desbonnet and his wife. In 1938 and 1948 Grimek tried to visit Desbonnet without success.
Photo used as the introductory centerpiece in his book Masculine Perfection. It was said Grimek wasn’t the type to keep his physique photos displayed all over his house. When he died his widow kept this photo at her bedside in rememberance of him. More info on Grimek can be found at the website of the Stark Center….:)
