Jerry and Mike
My source only identified these two as "Jerry and Mike from Men of Action."
Jerry Peters and Mike Leber (aka Kurt Williams, with his notable left-arm cobra tattoo). As you noted, they appeared in Men of Action, in a 1981 issue.
