I've seen this photo all over the internet, but no one
seems to have a name for the model or photographer.
This is Sidney Epstein. I have 2 more photos of him, one of which is from a magazine and helpfully names him, states that he's from N.Y.C. (presumably New York City) and gives the photographer as Lon.
