Familiar Model
If our last Polaroid star looks familiar, it's because I've posted
other photos of him in different poses in the past.
Polaroids are wonderful in their naturalness and true reality. Reminds me of the polaroid I accidentally found of my mother in a bra and panties. Decades later I can't erase that memory!!
The polaroids seemed ike a great idea at the time and were fun to play with. Howver, the images decay rather rapidly as time passes.
ReplyDeleteTrue. When artists started using them, they had to come up with preservation methods, not all of which worked.

DeleteI know what you mean. I think Warhol's Polaroids were part of the "junk as art" trend.
