I have not been able to find the name of the photographer who took this stunning cover photo
of John Grimek for Strength and Health's February 1947 edition.
Bel homme John Grimek, culturiste physique légendaire. No physique photographer could go wrong with Grimek for a modèle. Never posed full nude, though very close.
The Monarch of Muscledom meets the King of the Columns. I have this issue of Strength and Health and the cover photo is attributed to Lon. Another photo shows Grimek standing next to the prop column. Rex in DC

Absolutely fantastic...the man, the pose, the light oil...a real keeper. Jerry, are there any frontals of Mr. Grimek?
