Royal Hawaiian
I think this was made on the porch of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Waikiki.
If it was the Royal Hawaiian, the would make these guys submariners, since the Submarine Service took over that hotel during WW II as an R&R facility.-Dee Exx
