I've seen a couple of Harry Bush drawings that seemed to be based on Jim French (COLT) photos. This may be one, as I seem to remember a French photo shoot of a hunk and a German Shepherd dog.
This is a Jim French "Rip Colt" drawing that ran cropped in MANPOWER! #1 (1969 digest-sized publication distributed by "Lance Publications, Chicago") and as a full image in MANPOWER! #7 (1974 full-sized issue devoted to "The Art of Rip Colt").
This isn't Harry Bush.
