Although it's unattributed in my files, I'm pretty sure this Bud Counts twofer is by Dave Martin.
Pecs, shoulders, abs (really visible in the right hand pic) nice tan lines, just enough fur on his upper legs and around his penis and scrotum...the man is a magnificent male.
I think you are correct - his haircut is the same as the other Martin seashore photos
