I really ought to be focused on the diver, but I can't figure
out what that lattice work is in the upper right of the picture.
It looks like a wall beyond the lattice. Also, in the lower right corner, there appears to be a submerged kayak. This could be a private area or the photographer could have had double exposure issues. It does make for a more interesting photo.
