When I was younger I used to do something similar with the elbows centered in my stomach. The yoga book where I read it called it the peacock pose. It doesn't really affect the wrists.
LOL... I only remember.... years ago, I was probably 17, seeing in a nude rear shot in a UK bodybuilding magazine of Jim Drinkward doing one. So inspiring.
I think this photo may be photoshopped. I remember seeing it somewhere recently, with 2 nude females in it. I believe it is from "American Nudism" or some such publication.
It goes without saying that I MUCH prefer the current version above. LOL
Even without viewing the original, I get your point. I took a closer look, and the woods in the background are blotchy and inconsistent, indicating where the women were. The fence, however, is quite well done.
Whatever it is, I don't think wrists were mad to do that.
