Bordello?
Why do I get the feeling this picture was made in a bordello?
I like the way he thrusts out his chest creating a nice pec-shadow.

DeleteThere is an interesting video on YouTube on the history of male bordellos. They are as old as antiquity. I'll bet this guy had a huge clientele.
