Jean Ferrero
It's Jean Ferrero Day, and we start with an unknown in a posing strap.
I agree that it's a drawn-on posing strap. I have 6 more photos that appear to be from this session and he's fully nude in all of them. This is probably the first time I've seen a Jean Ferrero photo 'doctored' like this. Indeed, I was about to say, "I have the uncensored version", but when I looked, lo and behold it was the same as this one.
