Jim French of Colt took this garden photo of Jeremy Brent, aka Erron.
Knew Skrivanek back in the day when he was a flight attendant with TWA. We both loved working on L-1011’s on cross country flights. A good friend and co-worker, I was one of a few that knew about his Colt studio work in photos and films. He was bi-coastal living at times in NYC, SF and LA, working for the airlines will do that. So good looking, in the late 70’s he did some modeling for designer menswear. Lost track of him in the early 80’s, shocked when I read his obituary. Comforted in knowing he had settled down with a caring lover.
When we first flew them at TWA the L-1011 had great leg room and comfortable 2-4-2 seating in coach, later made into tighter 2-5-2 seating. Coach passengers didn’t care for that ! Today you’re crammed in like sardines and passenger behavior today is something they would never have put up with when I was a flight attendant.
Hi Jerry one of my favourite models of that time ! Thanks . Jean .

As a frequent flyer, I loved the L-1011. Delta flew them between Atlanta and London for over a decade.
