I think this may be 20th Century, but there is a classic, timeless feel to it.

Edited to add:  Thanks to an email from Tom M., I now know this is by contemporary artist Kristin Kunc, born in 1978.  I am going to leave it up for a time unless Ms. Kunc objects because it is timeless and shows real talent.  Google her name and you will see some other fine work.
