Licka what?
Here we have a guy named Gene Licka in a meadow as captured by Don Whitman of
Western Photography Guild at a spot called Hidden Valley.
Very nice. I THINK Licka is a Polish name. If so, it would be pronounced "Lits-ka." His shoulders look like there's light oil on it. Maybe.
