  4. I wish that you had published this 5 or 10 years ago. My 10th cousin (9th cousin through marriages) is no longer alive. Some links:

    His obituary mentions that he also appeared in movies, and probably not in full Navy uniform:
    United States Navy Veteran of World War II, having served as a gunners mate 2nd class in Underwater Demolition 5 (UTD5) with action in the South Pacific. He was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his bravery in the pre-invasion swimming recon of the beach landing at Saipan.
    While wintering in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie, Florida, Harold volunteered at the Navy UDT-Seal Museum. He is featured in the WW2 film of the first UDT "Navy Seals"; and can be seen on the History Channel in the documentary "The History of the Navy Seals".
    Predeceased by his brother, William Hall; and his sister, Barbara Hall Yalenezian.
