Spain 1924
This poster promotes a large art show and raffle for the benefit of the 1924 Spanish Olympic team.
Impressive poster, those shorts look like the type worn in Europe in the 1920’s that were quite ass cheek baring. Spain did not participate in the 1936 Olympics due to their civil war and Germany and Italy taking part as beligerents Spain tried to set up an Olimpiada Popular in Barcelona and that was also cancelled. Since then Spain is ranked 25th in overall Olympic sports achievement. Viva Espana….:)
