Frank Borck
Frank Borck of Canada worked mostly under the marque of Can-Art.
This 1965 photo of Gary Dinnie is a good example of his work.
My favorite photo of the day. A very handsome man with a magnificent body, not too muscular, but with well-defined shapes and a facial expression that I really like.
Leave it to Canada to be more daring than the UK at that time in the realm of physique photography, though John Barrington tore the envelope. Frank Borck, Alan Stone, John Cox, and Gerald Desfosses in physique photography were the best of Canada. 🇨🇦 🇬🇧

ReplyDeleteYour description is quite good. I should hire you to write some of my captions.
DeleteJerry, are you forgetting that I'm a writer? ;-)
ReplyDeleteOf course not! I only hire professionals. ;o)

The legal environment in both countries was still a bit murky at the time.
DeleteBel homme avec un prépuce précieux :)
ReplyDeleteThe photographer made good use of the sylvan outdoor setting, much like the work of Les Demi Dieux.
I agree.
